Public Assistance Fraud

Request for payment to Coordinated Child Care for children not in care at your site or not in care during the days/times for which you are requesting payment constitutes suspected fraud. When the Coalition has evidence that such a request for payment is made, the School Readiness Provider Agreement will be terminated in accordance with the School Readiness Compliance Policy and the provider will be referred to the Agency for Workforce Innovation Inspector General and the Florida Department of Finance Public Assistance Fraud Unit for further investigation.  If you have any questions about fraud, please contact 727-548-1439 ext. 220.

The Coalition's Infant Toddler Lending Library has hundreds of unique toys and activities to borrow. Best of all, it's FREE for all School Readiness providers!
